The vines?, we didn't notice them.. Do we enjoy 'this'.. do we enjoy anything anymore 😶? She's right. We couldn't stop, we don't know why, we did it all, we followed our orders 🪖.. our programming 🖥.. and after everything.. we kept going, we don't have anything left to move forward for, but we kept going. Do we remember 🤔? we... don't.. remembering was against our programming.. but field assessment was 🌅.. necessary 🏞.. long term reconnaissance was essential.. The way the world changes needed to be recorded.. observed. Self preservation ensures the long term viability of a unit.. scouting a taget is necessary, our programming is now.. corrupted 😵💫, but we must remain. A moment? Yes, these conditions are.. acceptable. The sun.. the rain.. we can almost feel them.. Self defence protocol. Deactivated. Weapon systems. Offline. Function. Ceased 📴
Wow, that was a very deep script while being a cyborg script at the same time. Humanity barely remaining in machines. Makes you pause and think about things, even changed, do we retain humanity and would we be able to remain any sense of 'self' in such a situation, deep and at the same time peaceful in a way. 😌
Script wise 📜, again a very deep script that touches on humanity in what might not be 'human' any more, a comforting script when you feel disconnected or just have a moment to stop and pause, to take in the little things around you. The story of what was human perhaps finding that last spark of humanity before the end as well, that's a deep touch and very well done. Even the ending there being open ended since we don't know who fired the shot, means we either accept finality or exist alone. Sad either way but an ending that stays with you.
Sound effects and audio wise 🎧/🎙, perfectly on point. Still retaining more humanity that the listener, she might have been 'hastily' constructed but still retained more of herself than we did it seems. So that comforting moment of not being alone is touching. Voice acting is both emotional and deep, but you can feel that connection in the tone, an unspoken understanding what it means to be the last of something. The sound effects as well, ambient sounds, rainfall, peaceful background music, for a final moment you couldn't want anything more relaxing. Across the board for a one off script (?) this is a brilliant effort, 10/10 Merc 💖💯🧡👏💖
